100% offline, air-gapped AI appliances for organizations whose work matters. Zero-Data-Retention (ZDR) is not a policy; it is our physical architecture.
Contact The FounderThe United States v. Heppner federal precedent established a severe reality: utilizing cloud-based AI platforms waives attorney-client privilege and subjects corporate data to third-party discovery. If your data leaves your perimeter, your legal shield is compromised.
ZIS provides mathematical certainty over corporate policies. Our appliances require zero internet connection, shielding proprietary data from cloud logging, telemetry, and external API leaks. What happens on your intranet stays on your intranet.
High-capacity memory hardware (Mac Studio / M5 Pro) capable of running enterprise-grade LLMs locally with zero latency.
Access authenticated exclusively via physical YubiKey cryptographic tokens. Protected by FileVault and the Secure Enclave.
Tamper-evident logic and hardware-bound encryption. Unauthorized cloning attempts trigger an irreversible security purge.
ZIS architects distinct, liability-isolated platforms for both mission-oriented organizations and commercial sectors.
An air-gapped compliance and drafting engine designed to neutralize the US v. Heppner privilege waiver. Processes highly sensitive corporate liability data entirely on-premise with zero cloud retention.
A K-12 educational coaching and observation platform. Engineered strictly for mission-oriented clients, it deploys a 100% Zero-Data-Retention architecture to protect classroom observation data and student privacy.
A specialized operational and extraction engine built for commercial tax accountants. It enables offline financial processing and data extraction with absolute mathematical privacy.
An automotive dealership logistics and diagnostic intelligence engine. Deployed as a localized appliance to eliminate off-site data exposure and accelerate service bay throughput.
The Founder is the lead architect of Zenith Integrated Solutions, a software development firm built on the conviction that organizations whose work matters deserve software built by people who understand what is at stake. ZIS develops privacy-first, sovereignty-respecting technology for both mission-oriented clients—schools, ministries, nonprofits, and churches—and commercial firms in sectors where the integrity of data and the dignity of people doing the work both matter.
Before establishing ZIS, the Founder spent more than eighteen years inside schools as a teacher and administrator. Starting as a physical education teacher overseas, the Founder then returned to the states for over a decade in public education — teaching and moving into elementary administration. In those years, the Founder wrote grants funding 1:1 iPad initiatives, served as a district Common Core leader, and built MTSS programs from the ground up.
Returning overseas as an elementary and early childhood principal the Founder implemented an RTI program that lifted student performance by nearly 40% in its first year, while enrollment grew over 50% during this tenure. The Founder led the school through a successful six-year accreditation award. A few years later, the Founder returned to the United States and stepped into Christian school leadership as Head of School, guiding the school through a season of real growth — doubled building capacity, a second successful six-year accreditation, and a strengthened RTI program.
ZIS's first product family was built directly from this administrative experience—designed for small private, charter, and Christian K-12 schools whose enterprise-vendor options have historically underserved them. The firm's commitment to data sovereignty, flat and honest pricing, and integrated workflows that respect the people doing the work extends across every product family ZIS builds. The conviction behind the firm is simple: software for mission-driven organizations should serve those organizations, not extract from them.
